Must Have Beauty Products

Posted By: Kristi

In my opinion great beauty products are hard to find, so when someone finds something that is totally rockin, I want to know about it! I have a few favorites to share with you today.

This face scrub is absolutely brilliant! With the change of the seasons my skin also changes. It gets dry and blemishes appear, so not cool. My face is really sensitive to products so I am always a bit leary to try something new. I was telling this to my friend at my old work and a few days later she brought me this as a gift. What a sweetie, right?! This face scrub is by L'Occitane and it is magic in a bottle. It leaves your skin baby bottom soft and overnight blemishes disappear. I recommend using a small about about once a week, that is all you need. If you are looking for a face scrub, try this one and let me know what you think!

Carson bought me the DermaNew system as a gift. It is like the Clarisonic but less than half the price. I can't use the face scrub that came with it because it bothers my skin but I use the face scrub above by L'Occitane and it is wonderful! Seriously, I never new my face could feel soooo good! Once you start using this you will notice that it is true what they say, even your skin gets dehydrated. My favorite is when Carson lets me lay back, close my eyes and relax while he does this for me. Ahhhh, heaven!

This baby is a secret gem that I had no clue about until recently. I put this on and within two hours my lips went from chapped to super kissable. I love that it gives my lips a tint of color without looking overdone. Not only is this the cure for chapped lips but also is a great remedy for blemishes, diaper rash and windburn skin (perfect for snowy winter days). I was also told that it is great to use to tame fly aways and the perfect blush for a soft glow. For under $10 this lil' baby does it all!

Pearly whites are a must and with this product you can get them in a jiffy! I learned all about this stuff on makeup artist, Kandee Johnson's blog. She recommended buying mouth guards (the ones athletes wear) and making custom trays to fit your mouth. Once you make the trays you just add a little bit of this whitening gel, let it sit for 5-10 minutes and your done! Within a few days you will see your chompers go from drab to fab!

I would love to hear your favorites, I am always up for trying something new! I am wrapping up some projects this weekend and will have some fun stuff to share next week.

Note: These are some of my favorite products and I was not insented in any way to blog about them.

Enjoy your Friday!
